What role do space technologies play in supporting and enabling future critical capabilities, as identified in the 2024 National Defence Strategy?

Dr Kate Ferguson, Associate Director Strategic Projects at ANU InSpace, will speak to this question next week at the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG) ADSTAR Summit 2024 in the Sovereign Space Technology Session 2.

As part of a multidisciplinary group of academic, industry, and government representatives, Kate’s talk will focus on how optical communication infrastructure, such as the ANU Quantum Optical Ground Station, can advance capabilities in quantum-enhanced communications.
