ANU PhD student Shingo Nishimoto

Congratulations to The Australian National University PhD student Shingo Nishimoto for winning the Asian Try Zero-G competition. His experiment will investigate angular momentum perturbations and change of chopsticks in microgravity.

His experiment will be conducted by JAXA astronauts on board the International Space Station. Many thanks to One Giant Leap Australia Foundation and Australian Space Agency for providing this opportunity and to the ANU College of Engineering, Computing and Cybernetics for supporting Shingo's research.

InSpace will support Shingo's travel costs to Japan to ensure our talented student can work as closely as possible with the test team.
