A UK Space Delegation led by the UK Department for Business and Trade travelled to Canberra on 8 December 2023 to visit ANU InSpace. The meeting was coordinated by the ACT Government.

The delegation was made up of around 30 business representatives from the UK space sector. They spent the morning networking with Canberra-based space SMEs and took in tours of the National Space Test Facility and the Heavy Ion Accelerator Facility whilst on campus.

The delegation were interested in meeting with the researchers at ANU and learning about, engaging with, and connecting with the vast range of space related initiatives.

This was also a great opportunity for local space SMEs to network with UK companies. The Canberra companies who presented to the delegation included:

• New Frontier Technologies
