AmCham Awards Gala

InSpace is thrilled to share the excellent news that our Director Anna Moore FTSE and ANU InSpace were awarded overall winner of the space category at last night's AmCham Australia Awards Gala, hosted by its patron, Ambassador Kennedy.

The AmCham Alliance Awards recognise and celebrate emerging and exceptional leaders in the first two-thirds of their careers – the next generation of Australian and American pioneers on the technological frontiers, creating economic prosperity and building people-to-people engagement in the Alliance.

This achievement was only made possible through the collective efforts and support of the ANU InSpace Mission Control team, all 18 Mission Specialists, and the ANU Research and Innovation Portfolio.

InSpace values a multidisciplinary approach to research translation, and this is evident in our collective wins with projects such as the University Trailblazer program iLAuNCH Trailblazer, Moon to Mars, SmartSat CRC, establishing the National Space Qualification Network (NSQN), and the NSW Space Research Network, all of which have cemented ANU as the leading university in the country, underpinning research translation into the space sector in a respectful and sustainable way.

Thank you to AmCham Australia for this honour, and congratulations to all of last night's award recipients.
