Singapore Space Summit 2026 launches.

News from our Strategic Project Manager Anupam Kumar Pilli who has headed to the Singapore Space Summit 2026.

Day 1 at Space Summit 2026 in Singapore, and it is already clear that space in this region is being treated as critical infrastructure, central to resilience, connectivity, sustainability, and national capability.

The announcement of Singapore’s National Space Agency of Singapore (NSAS) is a strong institutional signal, and sits neatly alongside the broader momentum of Australia–Singapore CSP 2.0, with its emphasis on trusted partnerships and advanced technologies.

It was also great to reconnect with our GSTDF collaborator, Zero-Error Systems (ZES), who are planning to visit Australia in the coming months for their first radiation test campaign. Through our institute, we are focused on shining a light on Australia’s national radiation testing capability at HIAF-SIBL, the Heavy Ion Accelerator Facility – Space Irradiation Beamline, supporting space electronics qualification for industry and research partners.

As the summit continues, I am looking forward to conversations on how we can translate this policy and industry alignment into practical Australia–Singapore innovation and R&D collaboration.
